Supervisor HSE

Do you have experience working in refinery or brownfield environments where safety is critical? Can you take the lead in maintaining a strong safety culture during complex revamp activities?

We are looking for a Supervisor HSE to ensure all on-site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during industrial project execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel and contractors.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all teams.
• Identify unsafe situations and intervene immediately when necessary.
• Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Act as the main point of contact for all HSE-related matters on site.
• Support safe execution of revamp activities within an operational industrial environment.

• Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with brownfield or revamp projects is highly preferred.
• Relevant HSE certifications.
• Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
