Structural Supervisor

Can you supervise and oversee the construction and/or maintenance of structural systems of industrial projects?

We regularly seek experienced Structural Supervisors for several projects. As a Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of structural systems. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience in structural design and construction.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of structural systems for Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Furnace projects.
• Ensure that work is performed safely, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of structural engineers and designers involved in the project.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Interface with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in structural design and construction.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• You can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, codes, and standards.
• Experience with project management software and MS Office.
