Have you successfully led refinery revamp or turnaround projects in challenging operational environments? Do you have experience with fired heaters, reformers, and complex brownfield modifications?

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction and commissioning activities, ensuring the safe, timely, and successful delivery of complex refinery revamp works.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities throughout the refinery revamp project.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams across Static Equipment, Piping, Structural, and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, refinery procedures, and project quality standards.
- Drive construction progress and maintain focus on safety, productivity, and schedule adherence.
- Manage contractors, supervisors, and discipline leads to ensure effective execution of project activities.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, resource allocation, and construction performance.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges in a fast-paced project environment.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigation measures to project management.
- Support mechanical completion activities and manage punch-list closure.
- Coordinate closely with commissioning teams to ensure smooth system handovers.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and asset handover activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between construction and commissioning disciplines.
Requirements Construction Manager – Refinery Revamp Project
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong background in brownfield modifications, shutdowns, turnarounds, or refinery revamp projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary construction scopes, including Static Equipment, Piping, Structural Steel, and E&I.
- Experience supporting projects through both construction and commissioning phases.
- Previous experience with Reformers and/or Fired Heaters is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of heater internals, coils, refractory systems, burner systems, and associated mechanical works is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large site teams in challenging project environments.
- Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required by project circumstances.
